　　1.Do you do retail or wholesale? Can I order a pair of shoes as samples?

　　We sell samples shoes as well as bulk purchases. Price show on web is for wholesale orders. For bulk (more than 60 items), we offer 8-10% discount. To qualify for wholesale discount ,your minimum quantity is 12 pairs. we accept samples orders.If your quantity is less than 12 pairs,we will charge more $30 for  whole order shipment .

　　2.How do I place orders? How will the shoes be delivered?

You can place your order online, or mail. For online ordering, please write to us what product you want with sizes, colors and quantities. Once we receive your order, we will send you a proforma invoice and packing list. And then you can make your full payment via Western Union, or bank transfer by T/T. We will send you products thin 24 hours once we get the money. After shipment, a tracking number will be given . Usually products are sent via air express like EMS,TNT,UPS,DHL for 4 work days.

　　3. How can I know about my order status?

Once we send the goods, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your products until they reach you.
